Orders are usually shipped within 48 hours by Standard UPS or USPS unless otherwise requested. You'll receive your order within 7-10 business days. For Post Office Box numbers, please include street address for delivery. Shipping charges listed are for Standard UPS or USPS; for all others, please contact us for a price quote.
Rush Orders:
Rush orders placed before 10:30 am (Pacific Time) can be shipped same day by UPS or FedEx. Guaranteed Next Day and 2 Day deliveries are available to most areas. Shipping charges are based on package size and destination. Contact us for a price quote.

Catch the Wind can ship your order anywhere in the world. Please contact us for a price quote. Shipping charges are based on package size, weight and destination. We ship UPS or Air Parcel Post unless you request otherwise. Surface mail to many countries is not insurable. For this reason, and for tracking purposes, we urge you to request air-shipping. Customers are responsible for duty charges assessed on international shipments. Please contact your customs office for information on duties, taxes and restricted items.
Back Orders:
Items ordered together are not necessarily shipped the same day. If an item is not included in your package, please note the BO form in your package. Back Ordered means an item is currently out of stock and will be shipped as soon as it is available. You will be informed of any shipping delay over 20 days. Credit card orders will not be charged for back orders until they are shipped. The customer is not charged additional shipping for back ordered items. |
